I discovered how to let go of behaviours that don’t serve me
I started sessions with Renia to help better manage stress and challenging family relationships. Throughout the sessions I was surprised to not only learn the tools to manage stress and anxiety, but also to discover that I could let go of behaviours that don’t serve me. For example, I used to be obsessed with keeping a very clean and tidy home. I would vacuum every day and follow rules that affected how I scheduled my days (and my family).
